Carolyn Mitchell   B.A. graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.  Though she enjoyed her college preparation, her passion led her quickly in the direction of business, finances and administration.  She worked for 10 years as a Division Administrative Assistant for a very large bank; then, along with her husband, owned a successful business for 18 years.  Now, she very much enjoys her position with Nichols Speech and Language Services.  She is the “voice that greets you,” and administrates the very busy office at Nichols Speech.  Her greatest fascination with her work is found in “…the amazing progress she sees the Nichols Speech students making!”  She thinks that the speech therapists in the office are highly knowledgeable and effective in applying their skills with each child, bringing out their very best.  She loves being surrounded by positive people who get positive results!
